  • What is Voome and how does it work?

    With Voome you will get access to great recipes and workouts, designed by the same experienced team that brought you 12WBT, that have been proven to get results. Each week you'll receive insights and motivation from our team that will help inspire and challenge you.

    With Voome you will also get a customisable Meal Planner and Shopping List, to help you set out exactly what you and your family are going to eat throughout the week. You can access Voome anytime, anywhere and at your own pace!

    For those times you need to give your fitness a kick start, our range of Voome Programs will give you a boost! You get 4 weeks of Workouts, Meal Plans and Shopping Lists that you can use again and again!

    Once you purchase a Voome Program, you will have access to it for life. They are practical and effective, and you can start and stop whenever you like!

    Keep a lookout for new and exciting programs, as we will be releasing a new program every few weeks!

  • How much does Voome cost and how can I pay?

    Voome is a weekly subscription and you can pay either by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). You can view full pricing details here.

    When you sign up you will not be billed for your first week, but you will get access to all the great features of Voome. Your first payment will then be processed 7 days after signup. There are no contracts, and your subscription can be cancelled at any time.

    Each Voome Program is a one off payment and you can pay either by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). Once you have signed up you have access for life - you can do the program over and over again! View the full pricing details here.

  • What is the difference between 12WBT and Voome?

    Voome is a self-directed program that gives you inspiration to live a healthy and fit life. You'll get access to the recipes and workouts that have helped 12WBT members get such great results. You can access Voome anytime, anywhere and at your own pace!

    If you're not up for a full transformation but want to follow a program, then Voome Programs are for you. New practical and effective 4 week programs are released every few weeks. You can choose when to start and they are yours to keep!

    If you are looking for more of a transformation, either for your body or your mind, then 12WBT is for you! With the 12WBT everyone starts and finishes together but you will get to choose a 12 week exercise and meal plan that's designed for you and Michelle will guide you every step of the way. You'll also get access to loads of other tools that will help you with your transformation, including tracking and stats, plan customisation, an exclusive online member zone, mindset videos, workout videos, and lots more.

  • Can I do 12WBT and Voome at the same time?

    Yes, there is nothing to stop you from doing 12WBT and Voome at the same time! However most members do one followed by the other.

  • Do I need to join a gym or get fitness equipment to do Voome workouts?

    No you do not need to join a gym to do the Voome workouts. Some workouts are designed for the gym, while others are written for home and some for outdoors.

    You can invest in some dumbbells (a barbell is also a great addition but is not essential) however you can also use weighted drink bottles or a weighted backpack for resistance. A portable step or bench are also good options but an outdoor step can be utilised and some of the exercises can be performed lying on the ground. A skipping rope will also add great variety.

  • Can I do Voome if I have an injury or particular health condition?

    We ask that you seek advice from your healthcare professional before joining Voome especially if you have pre-existing injuries or conditions. We encourage you to choose exercises and recipes that can be worked around your injury or health condition.

  • Is there a Voome app?

    There is currently no Voome app but Voome is available on supported mobile and tablet devices as well as desktop. Head to https://go.voome.com.au/login or https://programs.voome.com.au to get started!

  • I have forgotten my password and how can I retrieve it?

    You can get a new password by going to: https://go.voome.com.au/password/reset

  • How do I change my password/screen name/other profile details?

    Log in and go to your profile to change your screen name, password and other profile details.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel simply log in, go to your profile and choose 'cancel'. Your Voome subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing week. You may cancel in this way at any time.

    If you decide to reactivate your subscription at a later date, you'll have full access to all your content again.

    If you have also purchased Voome programs, you can continue to access these with your login details.
