My name is Amelia Phillips and I am a nutritionist, trainer, and soon to be mum of four under five. Workouts

Each week you'll receive three 20-30 minute workouts. You'll need a Swiss ball, some light dumbbells and a resistance band. Day 1 is a lower body workout with some core and stretch, Day 2 focuses more on the upper body whilst Day 3 is a pilates inspired total body workout. We have a video before each workout to guide you and make sure you understand your workouts correctly.

Meal Plan

Your meal plans are designed by chefs, curated by nutritionists, and follow the Australian pregnancy guidelines. Each week has your full 7-day meal plan with all recipes, snacks, desserts and shopping list. There's a regular and vegetarian meal plan on offer and I've kept it all extra simple to prepare, so you don't need to spend hours in the kitchen.
