Feeding the family can be a challenging task, especially when we are trying to choose healthy options that everyone will love. That’s why I’ve created a four-week Healthy Families program. I’ve designed a four-week family meal plan, with dinners for the whole family and breakfasts and lunches just for you. You’ll also receive a four-week workout plan you can do at home or outdoors, that will increase your fitness, overall tone and energy. It’s similar to how I train - it’s fun and really gets results.

Your Trainer

I am a nutritionist and lifestyle specialist and I’m passionate about helping parents create better eating habits for themselves and their children. As a PhD qualified nutrition scientist and an Accredited Practising Dietitian, I know things can get confusing out there when it comes to healthy eating. That’s why I am so excited to have developed this four-week Healthy Families program covering off both nutrition and fitness, to get you and your children comfortable with eating delicious, nutritious foods and getting your body moving.

Workouts

With this program, you’ll exercise 3 days per week for 20-30 mins. You can do it anywhere and there's no need for equipment, except a fitness mat or towel for the floor work. Each week focuses on light cardio and circuit work to increase your lean muscle and definition.

Meal Plan

Your meal plans are designed by chefs, curated by nutritionists, and tested on real families. Expect portion controlled, delicious flavours, that fill you up, but this program is not calorie controlled, so don’t get caught up by specific ingredient amounts. Each week has your full seven-day meal plan with all recipes, snacks, desserts and shopping list. Remember, we’ve created the meal plans with dinners for the whole family and breakfasts and lunches just for you and another adult. There is a regular and vegetarian option each week.
