Your Trainer

I can confidently say I've been there, done that and seen everything the fitness industry has doled out since the 1980s. You may remember me as one of the top aerobic instructors on TV's Aerobic OZ style back in the 80s and 90s. I've remained in the fitness industry and I'm still a successful fitness trainer and group fitness instructor. Specialising in the over 50s body, I want to inspire you to keep moving and remain strong and mobile with my program.

Workouts

Each week you'll receive three 20-30 minute workouts. You'll need a swiss ball and some light weights only and all workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home. The workouts are designed to get you up and moving, with a focus on strength, stretching and balance.

Meal Plan

Your meal plans are designed by chefs, curated by nutritionists, and tested on real people. Each week has your full 7-day meal plan with all recipes, snacks, desserts and shopping list included.
