As an ex-Olympic Snowboarder and one of Melbourne’s premier Pilates, Barre and Hiit trainers, I know first hand how to train your body to be fitter, stronger and more energised. This program is designed to really shape your body and build a strong core. With my guided instruction and empowering movements, you will gain perfect posture, natural grace and a physical vitality that is reflected in the way you walk, the way you play and the way you work.

Our experienced team of nutritionists, dieticians and trainers are passionate about saving you time on the journey to your goals – whatever they may be.

Workouts

This program sees you exercising 3 days per week for around 30 mins. There's no need for equipment, except a ball (or small cushion), and you can do these workouts anywhere. Day 1 is a low impact HIIT workout to get your heart rate up and burn calories. Day 2 is a Pilates session designed to strengthen muscles. Day 3 is a low impact Barre workout, using traditional ballet moves. All workouts are gentle on joints, but not on muscles!

Meal Plan

Your meal plans are designed by chefs and curated by nutritionists. They are in line with the Australian Dietary Guidelines and tested on real people. Expect easy, delicious meals that fill you up! Each week has a seven day meal plan including recipes, snacks and desserts. A regular and low gluten, vegetarian option is available each week.
